Our Policies
Merchandise Returns
Defective merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase with documentation. Product defects must be due to failures in manufacturing or order fulfillment. No other returns will be accepted.
Unused Deposits or Vouchers
Deposits and vouchers are non-refundable but may be applied to future hunts at the discretion of The Goat Ranch staff. Exceptions may be made in the event of weather or extenuating circumstances.
Canceled Events
In the event of a canceled stay, event, or hunt, refunds will be issued at the discretion of The Goat Ranch staff.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or persons that exhibit poor behavior on our premises. Violators will be given one verbal warning before action will be taken to remove them from the premises.
Reasons for removal may include but are not limited to:
Disruptive behavior: Yelling, harassment, or making a scene.
Intoxication: Visible drunkenness or impairment that impedes others.
Safety threats: Posing a threat to staff or other patrons.
Failure to pay: Refusal to pay for a service.
